Winflector 3.1.0.2 - screenshots
Server and Windows client installation step-by-step
First we need to install the Winflector server on the computer where applications planned for sharing are installed:
On the server we define users...
... and choose applications for sharing:
Now on the remote computer (client device) we install the Winflector client - example installation from a separate, Windows client only installer:
And run previously shared application from the remote computer:
Application works like it was installed locally, while it is executed on the server and only a screen is displayed on the remote computer.
Linux client installation step-by-step
On a Linux computer (client) you can install the Winflector thin client. Note: you need to install the client only once, later it will automatically update itself.
Now run the previously published Windows application from Linux computer:
The application runs on Linux as if it were installed locally, while really it is executed on the server, and only the screen is displayed on a remote computer. Now, there is no need of Wine HQ software to run the Windows application on Linux.
