Is it possible for native client apps to communicate with winflector server app via TCP/IP? The winflector client would grab a port on the local pc accesible by native apps such 127.0.0.1:12510. Similar to the COM port mapping feature.

Hello, Unfortunately, there is no such features. Client native applications can communicate with server applications only using client and server IP addresses (may require port mapping on the router).
