Is microsoft office 2010 licensing is legal with winflector for sharring to multi-users?

Normaly multi-users OS  or terminal need a volume licensing I think.

What is for Winflector ?  Do it need only one licence for all user ? It is legal ??

Using Winflector to share a program does not replace the license necessary to use this program. It depends on this license, so it could be different for each program. If a program is licensed for a "named user" (like one of Oracle licenses) then it requires a license for each person using the program. If a program is licensed "for computer" then it requires only one license for any number of users.

The advantage of Winflector is not "replacing" the license  necessary to use the program (although for many programs, it may be), but simplifying the applications management.

Exemple: I have a Windows 7 Pro with Winflector server who share the Microsoft Office 2010 Pro to ten users. ( Users from multiple Linux host ). Who many licence do I need and/or what type of licence I need. ( Normaly Windows Server need to use Volume licencing for Office, it is the same with a Windows 7 Pro with winflector ??
