I have a problem where some windows don't display correctly. 

I sent the email to support, but I leave here a suggestion:

A extend/legacy mode where the image is captured and frame by frame is compared. 

Where rectangles are changed, encapsulate all changes and send them to the client to re-render the differences.

This can have an extra charge to the processor but will be compatible with all programs because it does not depend on third libraries used on visual controls. 

A protocol open source to observe is SPICE: it is light ware and makes these calculations.
